Perform a reverse search

Hello, Is it possible to perform a reverse lookup in the WAPT console? Let me explain: it's possible to search for machines where the "tis-toto" package is installed, for example. But is it possible to search for machines where the "tis-toto" package is NOT installed? That would be incredibly useful... Thanks in advance. Clément.
