Error: HTTP 1.1/500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

Hello,
For some workstations, the HTTP 1.1/500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR appears on the server's WAPT console.
This apparently indicates that communication is possible between the workstation and the server. On some machines, I am then unable to run remote commands. Furthermore, the status of the machines after package installation is not transmitted to the server, which ultimately considers the package to still need to be installed.
Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue?
