Connection to remote Python engine failed

Hello,
I installed version 2.2.3.12463 and I can't edit packages with the PyScripter v3 or v4 repositories. The server is on one VM (Windows Server 2019), the console is on another VM (Windows Server 2019), and PyScripter is on a third VM (Windows 10 21H2).
I get the message "Unable to connect to the remote Python engine. The remote process console and debugger are not accessible."
Attached is a screenshot of what I have in the Python path under Tools.
I didn't have this problem with version 1.8. Perhaps I missed a step?
