I would like to deploy my OS using the serial number and not the MAC address. Is this possible?

I also want to import a certificate before opening a user account in my XML file (AutotoLogon).

We considered it, we even started writing code for it, but for the moment it's not possible

Instead of using XML, you can create a WAPT package which you install at the end using the postconf script in wads
