Hello,

After installing the latest Debian 11 Bullseye version, I proceeded to the step of installing the WAPT server component (I'm strictly following the online documentation... https://www.wapt.fr/fr/doc/wapt-server- ... based.html ).

When I copy/paste the code to "Update the APT source, retrieve the Tranquil IT .gpg key, then add the Tranquil IT repository," I end up with:
"Warning: apt-key is deprecated. Manage keyring files in trusted.gpg.d instead (see apt-key(8)).
-bash: wget: command not found
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found
."

If I then continue the copy/paste for "Install WAPT Server packages", I get different error codes:
"The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 0022908B0C0E47AD [...]
W: GPG error: https://wapt.tranquil.it/Debian/wapt-2.3 bullseye InRelease: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 0022908B0C0E47AD
E: The repository 'https://wapt.tranquil.it/Debian/wapt-2.3 bullseye InRelease' is not signed
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by
.
defaultlists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to "locate package tis-waptserver
E: Unable to locate package tis-waptsetup".

Any idea why this is happening?
We just changed our firewall, could that be the reason?

Thanks for your feedback,
Pierre L.

See the error message:

Code: Select all

 -bash: wget: command not found
All you need to do is

Code: Select all

 apt-get install wget

It must be a really minimalist installation to not even have wget... We'll add it to the documentation.

Sincerely,

Denis
