customer certificate

Hello,
as advised, I'm opening a new thread regarding my certificate issues. I'm a bit lost with my certificates. On my client workstations, which are all correctly listed in the directory of my WAPT console (version 2.3.0.13470), some are reachable, others are not. For example, my workstation is not reachable, but I can install applications. My certificate's fingerprint (privatekey) starts with c5bxxxxxxx. My colleague's workstation is reachable, and I can install applications on it. His certificate starts with addxxxxxxxxx.
I have other workstations that are reachable, but I can't install applications (error when uploading package: Upload error from 87008D1D.....). Their certificates start with 636xxxxxxx.
Do the clients need to have the same fingerprint (sha256)? If so, how do I retrieve the certificates from a working workstation to import them into the non-working one? How do I recreate a proper Wapt setup file?
Thank you in advance for any advice you can give me.
Sincerely
