Hello,
I have a quick question. I shut down my computer yesterday and turned it back on because I had a memory problem, but I can't find Windows 7 in the list of products (Windows 10, Office).
Can someone please help me?
(wapt 2.3.
Windows 10, 7)

I'm sorry, but I don't understand the problem. Could you be a little more specific?
Thank you,
Denis

Hello,
yes of course,
actually, I can't find the Windows 7 option in the Windows Update window (on the left side of the window in the product list; all I see is Windows 10, Office, and .NET 6).
Normally, there was an option to tell the system to download updates for Windows 7, but I can't find it anymore. And when I try to download updates for a computer that has Windows 7, WSUS tells me there's a problem and stops immediately.
Thank you in advance

Hello Wael,
the data in the Windows Update tab is generated based on requests from WAPT clients. If there are no Windows 7 clients (who have WAPTWUA enabled and have performed at least one scan), then it won't be displayed, because there are no machines requesting KBs with a product name "Windows 7".
See the WAPT documentation; the WAPT server behaves differently from a WSUS server, which pre-downloads a lot of unnecessary things. The WAPT server only downloads what has been requested at least once by a client machine.
Regards,
Denis
