Deploying the agent on off-network machines

Hello everyone,
I hope you are all well.
Currently on version 2.3 Enterprise, I have deployed the WAPT agent on all our users' machines.
However, I am encountering a problem with remote users.
These remote users are not directly connected to our network (the GPO is not applied).
What I would like to do is have the agent deploy when these remote users connect to our VPN.
Is this possible? Or do you have any other solutions to suggest so that I can deploy the agent on the remote machines?
