Wapt export to GLPI

Hello,

I previously reported a problem with the Wapt to GLPI export (Wapt 2.3 to GLPI 10 via glpi-plugin-export-to-glpi10), but it turned out to be simply due to a misconfiguration on my part.

Today, I'm contacting you again because the export is indeed functional, but (yes, there's a but) not entirely.

Let me explain:
We have a network with 578 Wapt agents deployed on client workstations, and only 557 workstations are exported to GLPI. However, the export returns "OK" at the end of the audit.

Could you guide me in resolving this issue?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

in the console you can go to:

View -> Display preferences -> see the Audit Data tab

. In the Audit Data tab, you can search for GLPI.

Then, in the panel at the bottom, you have "Status" in the Value field.

You can drag this value into the columns on the left to identify potentially problematic machines.

Hello,

thank you for your reply. The "drag and drop" function to add a column will be very useful; I wasn't aware of that trick.

I was already aware of this status, but I still can't explain why these machines are showing an import error while the others aren't.

Sincerely,

In case of an error, you'll see the GLPI server output just below "status," but it often doesn't provide much information.

In this case, you need to edit the package and run the audit in debug mode. The JSON might be the problem.

That said, some time ago I had a client with a similar issue; it wasn't the JSON but GLPI:

https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/14088

. For that client, we deleted the entire software inventory and resubmitted everything so it would work with GLPI.

Since you have support, you can contact us to look into this together.
