Installation without DNS

Hello,
I'm planning to set up WaptServer on a Windows machine.
Initially, I considered setting it up on a Linux machine, but since the console is necessarily a Windows machine, I think it's simpler to put everything on the same machine.
Our network doesn't have a local DNS server, and the server will have multiple interfaces.
Is it possible to install Wapt without DNS and have it listen on several different IP addresses?
