I want to download WinPE, but as soon as I try to install it I get this error:

However, I do have the package mentioned installed, so I don't understand.

Is the file

present on the machine?

It is placed by tis-wads-requirement-minimal.

No, the file is not present; even the Windows Kits folder doesn't exist at all

Can you type the command:
in a command prompt to check if the package is installed

Actually, for some reason, I can't deploy the agent on my administration machine using WAPT; it's the only machine I'm missing. I've even tried deploying it, and it doesn't work, so I can't install the package; I can only download it from that machine...

Did you install the agent on your own machine?

Great, I successfully installed the agent on my configuration machine, but now I have another problem. I'd like to know how to boot with the WAPT OS deployment, because I followed the live stream where you showed how to deploy the OS, but I get this error when I launch my virtual machine:
