Error code status 2 Teamviewer

Good morning,

WAPT 2.4.0 agent workstation under Windows 11
WAPT Console 2.4.0.14058
WAPT server 2.4.0

I'm experiencing problems after updating the TeamViewer package. Many workstations are displaying the following error when I try to deploy it:

I tried to uninstall the package using WAPT, but nothing worked. The only solution is to perform a manual cleanup (delete registry keys, delete the AppData Teamviewer folders, etc.) and then reinstall Teamviewer using WAPT.

Hello,
We have never encountered this error, and I doubt we will be able to reproduce it, which I assume is related to a history issue with your system.
I recommend you request a service call at 02.40.97.57.55.
