For some time now, I've had users who are unable to log in to the self-service portal. The system displays an error.
Have you ever encountered this type of problem?

Hi Eric,

your Wapt version, edition, and client/server OS? See the forum rules.
Did you configure any specific store authentication settings in wapt-get.ini? Are the machines on a domain? Are the users experiencing the problem on the local LAN or working remotely?
