[RESOLVED] Unexplained reboot of a workstation

Good morning

A workstation was spontaneously rebooted by WAPT and I admit that the event does not allow me to understand what happened.
Can you explain that?

Further context:
- PC running Windows 7 32-bit
- The reboot occurred right after the application of 2 security updates for Word 2013 (not requiring a reboot).
- No information in the waptservice.log

Thanks in advance !
Tom

Hi Thomas,

wapt itself never initiates a reboot, however, programs launched with run() can trigger them.

Were the Office updates installed through waptwua or via a standard installation?

Regards,

Denis

Sorry for the delay.

The updates were installed by waptwua.

It's not a big deal, it only happened once and I don't think we'll ever get to the bottom of it.

I'm closing this. :)
