Package import error

Good morning
I get this error on some available packages when I try to import them from wapt-templates, for example with the tis-ltspice package:

I don't know your console version (see forum rules) but I assume you're not using the latest 2.4

Our console is version 2.4.0.14031.
However, on
https://wapt.tranquil.it/fr/, when we try to download the package in question (tis-ltspice), we are asked for a connection, which is not the case for most other packages, which download correctly as soon as we click on them...

Actuellement 350 paquets ont été préparés par les équipes informatiques de Tranquil et sont mis en ligne progressivement sur le wapt store.
Pour télécharger un paquet à partir du store thématique, il est nécessaire de s’identifier.

Indeed, I hadn't checked the link!
But unfortunately, I can't log in afterwards because I'm not receiving the password recovery email...

No, still not, and another colleague tried and didn't receive it either. (Both email addresses end at @uca.fr)

Tranquil IT emails leave our office signed and compliant with the strictest standards.
If you have an email interception mechanism that falsifies the original signed email by adding text, for example, then our email will end up in your spam folder.

, sorry for the late reply. I finally received the email and was able to activate my account.
I can now download packages from the website, but I still can't import them from the console, even though I've correctly configured my account in the repository settings, as indicated in this documentation (I'm still getting the same 401 - unauthorized error):
