[RESOLVED] Access violation during import of the tis-tortoisegit package

Hello,
I downloaded the tis-tortoisegit 2.15.0.0-9 x64 package (tis-tortoisegit_2.15.0.0-9_x64_windows_6.1_PROD.wapt) from a web browser.
In the console, I imported the package from the file and got the error message "Access violation".
I didn't even get the window asking me to confirm the package import.
I tried importing the notepad++ package in the same way and I didn't get any errors.
The import went smoothly.
Is the problem with the console or with the tortoisegit package itself?
WAPT console on a Windows 10 PC,
WAPT Enterprise Server version 2.4 on Linux.
