This morning I called support to create an email address that could download this type of package.

Hi Romain,

there are packages containing licensed software for which you need to verify beforehand that you have both the software and the corresponding license before downloading the package (basically, Tranquil IT provides packaging assistance through the store package, but you already have the software and the corresponding license).

To verify that you have the software and the license, you need to go to the website and download the software. You will be asked for confirmation, and then you can download the package through the website or the console (the confirmation is saved for subsequent downloads; no need to re-validate once it's done).

Regards,

Denis

Hi again,

thanks Romain for your feedback :-) .

Don't hesitate to spread the word about WAPT; when you find good software, you should tell others ;-) !
