SSO self service is no longer working

Hello,
SSO with self-service is no longer working (Windows 10 Enterprise client).
I'm not sure if this started after we migrated to version 2.5.5.15602.
It tells me the username or password is incorrect.
If I enter the correct username and password, it works.
In Firefox, if I configure network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris, https://srvwapt.mydomain.lan/api/v3/login_kerberos works without any problems.

My SSO configuration seems to be correct. Do you have any suggestions or areas to investigate further
? Should I check the log files?
Is this a known issue with this version of WAPT?
