WAPT and Automation (CI/CD)

Hello,
I was wondering if there's another way besides the WAPT console to perform certain actions (adding packages to the private repository, deploying packages to a machine, etc.) so that it can be integrated into a CI/CD automation pipeline.
Specifically, our developers would like to use Jenkins for automating package builds for their applications and WAPT for deployment.
