Loss of rights on the admin account

Good morning,

On the admin account everything is greyed out and I can't do anything.

I have the impression that this account has lost all privileges, and to my knowledge, we haven't created any other user accounts, so I'm completely blocked. Is it possible to create an account (with admin rights) without using the WAPT console?
How can I solve this problem?
I was on version 2.5.5.15602 when I noticed I couldn't do anything anymore, so I updated to 2.5.5.15691 but it's no better.

We found the problem.
Since we're on the Discovery version, we're limited to a maximum of 300 users. We had exceeded the maximum number of users, which is why everything was grayed out. My mistake.
The issue can now be closed.
