Hello,

I have many workstations that can't connect to our system (neither VPN nor MPLS).
To standardize the process, I thought I could perform an offline installation of the agent and place a package in the agent's installation cache directory.
However, this method doesn't force the installation of a package... because the workstation can't connect to the WAPT server.


Do you have a solution?

Could you please provide the logs located in c:\program files (x86)\wapt\log on the machine experiencing the problem?
