Connecting clients from another network via router

Hello everyone,
I've been learning about WAPT for a few days now.
I'm an administrator at a high school.
I'd like to set up WAPT to keep up with certain updates or install some applications.
I've set up a server running Ubuntu Server 14.04, installed WAPT Server on it, and everything works.
I've configured this system in a DMZ (192.168.1.0/24).
Client computers on this network (192.168.1.0/24) receive updates and function correctly.
I'd like to do the same for the student computers on the 192.168.3.0/24 network.
The two networks are connected via a gateway.
The clients on 192.168.3.0/24 cannot communicate with the server, which is on 192.168.1.0/24.
Do you have any ideas on how to get all these devices communicating?
Thanks in advance
