Hello,

I was waiting for the release of 7-Zip version 24.9, which fixes a security vulnerability, but it seems the Windows x64 version is being ignored on the store, which only offers the Windows x86 and Linux/Mac versions.

Is this normal? Is the x64 version not affected by the vulnerability and therefore not being updated? Or are the x86/x64 flags handled differently?

Version 24.9 was indeed built in x64, but more recently (December 4th). It was flagged by VirusTotal, so it wasn't automatically switched to wapt-testing after the retention period. Following

revalidation, the package has been pushed back and is now on wapt-testing with a 4-day retention period in pre-production. You can find the package here:

Otherwise, it will be available in the store on December 8th.
