Hello,

is there a way to limit the number of times users can decline to install updates?
Currently, I give users a 30-second option to postpone the installation.
Is there a way to limit this number of postponements?

Thank you.

Hi Stany,

there's currently no way to force an update after a certain number of postponements. However, a useful solution would be to install a package that generates increasingly frequent pop-ups if the user hasn't installed anything after a week. The package https://wapt.tranquil.it/store/fr/tis-info-shutdown checks if the PC has been rebooted recently, but it could be modified to check if there have been packages waiting to be installed for more than N days.

Regards,

Denis

PS: The package name tis-info-shutdown isn't very descriptive, nor is its description; we'll correct that.
