Error message during packet registration

Good morning,
I import packages from the tranquil.it website, no problem. I assign the package to a machine and when I try to save it, a message appears: (Is there a way to change the creation path of the setup.py file?)
If I go back to the console and select the machine, then try to install the package, I get another error message
Does anyone have any ideas or has anyone else experienced this problem?
