Yesterday, you updated the -schedule-wapt-upgrade package.

I would like an explanation for this update.
The schedule-wapt-upgrade package was previously a "config" package, but now it has become a "base" package that removes the scheduled task.

Version 1.3.12: wapt1
Version 1.3.13: wapt2
