It seems that the default Windows 11 tool is conflicting with GreenShot.

To avoid this, it appears possible to modify the registry key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard]
"PrintScreenKeyForSnippingEnabled"=dword:00000000

This should be placed in the session_setup folder, I assume.

Yes, the registry key does resolve this conflict issue.
The package is currently being built and will be available in the store in a few days.

It requires a session restart to function correctly.
