[RESOLVED] Empty self-service

Hello,
I upgraded my Discovery server from version 2.5.5 to 2.6.0.17226 a few days ago, and since then, clients have an empty self-service window: "No results found."

On the WaptConsole side, the PCs appear as "connected."

Do you have any ideas?

Hi Philippe,

did you create a waptselfservice group locally on the workstations or at the Active Directory level?

The authentication mode has changed to filetoken by default instead of SYSTEM. The new mode only recognizes Active Directory groups for Active Directory users, and local groups for local users.
