[RESOLVED] Empty self-service

Hello everyone,

Recently (probably following our latest WAPT update), clients can no longer install packages via the WAPT Self-Service portal. It displays "No results found."

LDAP authentication is enabled on the server. I've tried using `service_auth_type=waptserver-ldap` and `filetoken`, but nothing works.

Have I missed something?

Hello,

is this due to a WAPT upgrade?

To revert to the previous version's mode, switch to:

service_auth_type=system


, but logically filetoken should work.

Hi Simon,

I'm not sure if this is due to the latest update. However, changing the parameter to "system" doesn't work either.

Problem solved. A colleague renamed a security group used for self-service.
