Good morning,
Enterprise license
version 2.6.1.17472
Windows 11 25h2
display problem on the console,
The list of PCs is not displaying correctly. I cannot use the console. However, it works on other PCs where the console is installed.
I only see a few disconnected PCs out of the 1327 PCs
Already done: complete reinstallation with deletion of settings + several Windows reboots
Have you ever seen this problem before?
A solution?

Does the Wapt console use a Windows component or a third-party application for display?

yet it works on other PCs where the console is installed.
Can you tell us more? Is the console the same version?
Try deleting (back up first):
C:\Users\sfonteneau\AppData\Roaming\waptconsole
C:\Users\sfonteneau\AppData\Local\waptconsole
To start from scratch?

Hello and Happy New Year!
My server and console are version 2.6.1.17472.
I hadn't noticed there was also a Roaming folder. I only deleted the "Local"
folder and recreated "Roaming," and it works.
Thank you very much.

Hello Skoiser,
thank you for your feedback and Happy New Year 2026!
Did you try the restore button in the display preferences menu?
Best regards,
Denis

Hi Skoiser,
Looking at the screenshot, it strongly resembles a filter applied to a column in the grid.
(The fact that it only displays a few lines, but the counter is higher)
On the columns, there's a tiny indicator (like an arrow) next to the column header.
Simply right-click on a column, then click on "Clear all filters".
If this option isn't available, you need to enable the "Enable advanced features on views and grids" option in the View menu, then Display Preferences.
