Waptdeploy and two domains?

Hello,

I deployed waptdeploy on one domain without any problems, but it won't work on the second.
When I run the command on a machine in the second domain (using DOS), it tries to find the Agent package on the wrong WAPT server.

The first domain is mont-tremblant.local,
and the web server is http://wapt.mont-tremblant.local/wapt (CORRECT).

The second domain is xxxxx.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca, and
the web server it's looking for is http://wapt.xxx.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca/wapt (INCREDIBLE),

whereas it should be pointing to the first one.

Why is this happening, and how can I fix it?

Thanks

, Knpc

I assume the DNS suffix of the machine you're testing on is xxx.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca/wapt.

So it makes sense; wapt deploy will look for the server at:
http://wapt.xxx.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca/tagent.exe.

Here are all the possible options with waptdeploy:
https://github.com/tranquilit/WAPT/blob/es.pas#L22.

I think the --waptsetupurl option should help you,

Simon.

The other solution would be to add the wapt DNS entry to your zone xxx.villedemont-tremblant.qc.ca
