Good morning,

I have a problem with a PC in Wapt.
This one won't accept any packets; I get this error message:
The machine inventory shows that your signing certificate is not deployed on the machine. If you
Modify the configuration of this machine; it will not be accepted by the machine, therefore the download to the server will also be rejected.
Please update the inventory if the certificate has just been deployed, or request distribution of your certificate on this machine.

I couldn't post a screenshot, so I wrote it out for you.
Thank you for your help

Hello,

Yes, indeed, the message indicates that the certificate you are currently using in your console is not recognized by the machine.
You can view the certificate currently used by your console by going to Tools > Preferences and looking at the "Path to personal certificate" line.
Then, on the machine, you can activate the Certificates tab and view the certificates currently recognized by that machine.

For more information on user certificates, you can watch this video:

Hello,

thank you very much. Indeed, not all the certificates were on the PC; I added them and it works.
Thank you for the feedback.

Have a lovely day!
