Hello,

I'm having a problem with the tis-hp-support-assistant 9.47.41.0-2 package.

If deployed from the console, the installation succeeds, but the application is 0 bytes according to Windows and doesn't launch.

If installed via wapt-get install, it works.
Also, if installed this way, subsequent installations via the console work every time.


Do you have any idea how to work around this problem?

have you tried downloading version "9.55.10.0-3"?

I'm not experiencing the problem with that version.

Version 9.55.10.0-3 is not available in your repository.

The latest version is 9.47.41.0-2, and no preproduction versions are displayed.

yes, the latest version hasn't been passing the LUTI tests for a while now. It seems there's an issue with the installation using the SYSTEM account or something similar. We're looking into it internally.
