how can I prepare my PCs in advance without needing a license each time? As a result,
I can't plan ahead and prepare my fleet for the PC upgrade.

Hello Catherine,

the number of licenses is calculated based on the number of WAPT agents registered in the WAPT console. If the workstation, after preparation, is put in storage while awaiting assignment, you can delete the workstation in question from the WAPT console; it will reappear upon startup when assigned to a user.
