PC not listed in the wapt console

So my problem is that I installed Wapt in a room with 12 workstations, but only 9 are recognized. When I try to recognize a missing workstation, it takes the place of another. For example, I have recognized workstations:
STA581201,
STA581202
, STA581203
, but STA581204 is missing.
So I try to recognize it, and it takes the place of STA581203, resulting in:
STA581201
STA581202,
STA581204.
No matter how many times I restart and reinstall, nothing works. Any ideas?
