Hello everyone,

WAPT Server version: 1.3.12.13
WAPT Agent version: 1.3.9.3
WAPT Setup version: 1.3.9.3
WAPT Deploy version: 1.3.12.3

I updated the Firefox package on my console and when installing it on the PCs I get the following error message:

If I activate the "tray" the message "wrong version of WAPT" appears.

Did I miss a step during my update?

2 - command post conf /usr/bin/python /opt/wapt/waptserver/scripts/postconf.py -> Done and OK
3 - Install the console in its new version
4 - generate a new agent.

But the console and the agent remain at version 1.3.9.3.

Hi

Have you installed the new version on your Windows computer that manages WAPT packages?
Otherwise, go to your server's web address and install it

WAPTSetup (for installing on management machine)

Then you just need to generate the agent package...

Hello,

thank you for your reply.
I found the problem. My client update package hadn't installed correctly and was generating an "unknown" error during client installation.

I regenerated it and it's working much better now, so we can close the issue as far as I'm concerned.
