Private key problem

Hello,
After reinstalling WAPT, I realized I was using two private keys (likely due to an initial test installation).
I then followed the instructions in the documentation at https://www.wapt.fr/fr/doc/Frequent-problem/index.html section "Private Key Renewal Procedure.
When I run the command `wapt-get sign-packages *` on my administration workstation, I get the following error: "Unknown action sign-packages".
Furthermore, how can I change the signature of my package groups?
