Good morning,
I'm testing Wapt on a test Debian 9 server
The admin console on a Windows 7 client installed correctly, but "unable to connect to the MongoDB database" error occurred

Checking the server's syslog, I find:

I tried what's suggested in the "common problems" section, but nothing works...
Compatibility issue with Debian 9?

Hello, which version of WAPT are you using? 1.3.13?

Are there any other services already installed on this server? GLPI, judging by the machine name?

We'll look into it on our end.

yes 1.3.13.0
I reinstalled it on an Ubuntu server that I just installed from scratch (so no other services were present)
=> same

No problem on my end with Debian 9.

What would be interesting to know is if the Bose MongoDB server accepts starting before your system is registered (with no files).

I tried again with a newer CPU and more RAM, and it works!
So it was definitely a hardware issue.
