everything is working correctly except that I have to restart the WAPT service on my server every day.
I'm on a Debian server.

no, precisely as indicated in the documentation. Wapt should not be installed on a graphical Debian system:

What you should look at are the services that started after the crash to understand which service is failing.
- MongoDB
- Apache
- WaptServer
