[Problem] after PC reinstall
Published: September 18, 2017 - 2:20 PM
Hello,
I'm encountering a recurring problem.
For some time now, a Windows 10 update has been crashing several PCs in my network and forcing me to reset them. They revert to their original state, where their NetBIOS name remains unchanged, and their files and permissions are preserved, but all their software is removed.
I want to reinstall them using WAPT, as I did previously, but when I update my inventory, the reset PCs appear with the packages already installed, even though they aren't actually there.
Is there a procedure to reset the system inventory, or a special procedure I need to perform?
Thank you in advance
