Just need confirmation:

Do I need to push the new agent to the clients via GPO or something else? Doesn't the old agent update automatically with wapt-update or via the console using "Launch installations"?

You must either push the new version of the agent through the GPO by updating it (see documentation) https://www.wapt.fr/fr/doc/Installation ... index.html), or assign the xxx-waptupgrade package (which is created at the same time as the agent) to the Windows machines.
