Arrêt des machines très long [WAPT Enteprise]

Bonjour,,
Depuis quelque temps nous rencontrons un gros soucis sur bon nombres de machines chez nous.
Quand nos utilisateurs veulent arrêter leur ordinateur, il reste bloqué sur arrêt en cours (message Windows), seule solution avant de cliquer sur eteindre , enlever le câble réseau et ensuite arrêter la machine.
Le client WAPT est bien la cause, sa désinstallation règle le soucis.
