I'd like to know how to clean up the WAPT server. I have a 20GB hard drive, and when I update my packages, it takes up more space but doesn't remove the old packages.

WAPT does not automatically decide to remove your packages from the repository (you might want to keep them...). You must go to the "private repository" tab and then remove them yourself.

PS: There are lots of improvements in version 1.7, I advise you to upgrade.
