Console access impossible following update

Hello, I'm copying and pasting a question that was asked and resolved following a proxy issue, but the solution doesn't apply to me at all and the problem remains impossible to solve, I really need help please:

WAPT Server version: 2.5.5.15640
WAPT Agent version: 2.3.0.13516
WAPT Setup version: 2.5.5.15640
WAPT Deploy version: 2.5.5.15640
Database status: OK

Following an update from version 2.3 to version 2.5, I can no longer connect to the WAPT console.
This was updated via the URL, as specified in the 2.5 update documentation: https://www.wapt.fr/fr/doc/wapt-server-upgrade.html
When I log in via the web interface with the same account, it works, but when I log in via the console, it doesn't open and the authentication window is permanently stuck.

Thank you in advance for your help; I'm out of ideas on how to resolve this. For your information, if I reinstall a previous version, the console opens, but the workstations no longer appear.
I'm running Debian 11...
