Deleted packages still visible in the WAPT console

Hello,

We are currently using WAPT 2.6.0.16714. The console is installed on a Windows Server 2019, and the WAPT server is hosted on Ubuntu.

I've noticed some behavior (bug or feature?) regarding the package list when modifying workstations: some packages continue to appear even though they have been correctly removed from the private repository.

Could this be related to the WAPT server cache? Do you have a solution to permanently remove packages that no longer exist in the private repository?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
The packages always appear so they can be conflicted on machines that still have these packages installed.
Best regards,
Bertrand

Good morning,

I thoroughly checked all the machines on the network and none of them have this package installed. I selected all the machines and then checked the packages one by one to see if it appeared in the list of installed software, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

I don't know if this method is completely reliable, but for me, the package isn't installed on any machine. Yet, it still appears in the changelog

You need to go to "All" and then select all machines (Ctrl+A), then search for the package in the filter of installed packages (General tab on the right).
Pay attention to the number of machines displayed in the inventory; are they all present on this page?

Yes,
they are all present and selected during my operation.

The package is obviously deleted from "Private Repository"

Hi Nam,

you need to attach the images to the post: no links to external hosting sites (for reasons of longevity and security).

I've removed the two links from your last post.

Hi again Nam,

sorry, there was a configuration problem (the maximum size for all attachments had been reached...). It's fixed now.

You can re-upload your attachments.

Denis

D,

Attached you will find images illustrating the problem.
