Tempi di inattività della macchina molto lunghi [WAPT Enterprise]

Da un po' di tempo stiamo riscontrando un problema importante con molte delle nostre macchine.
Quando i nostri utenti vogliono spegnere il computer, questo si blocca su "Arresto in corso" (messaggio di Windows). L'unica soluzione prima di cliccare su "Arresta" è quella di rimuovere il cavo di rete e poi spegnere il computer.
La causa è in effetti il client WAPT; disinstallandolo il problema si risolve.
