I found part of the solution: Replace 'WAPT_is1' with 'WAPT Server_is1'.

Using two packages (xxx is your package prefix):

1 - Install the veyon and config-veyon packages.
2 - Install the waptdev package.

3 - Right-click on the xxx-veyon package and then select 'edit package...'

Config-veyon causes errors if you press F9 as indicated in the mailing list.
I'm using WAPT 1.8.2.7334...
