EWaptSetupException: Fatal error: MSI install_flash_player_20_plugin.msi has been installed but the uninstall key {0C942CD9-6F38-498A-808F-C76EDBBA1969} cannot be found.

However, on other PCs, there's no error...

Finally, I only have two PCs with errors left, so I just reinstalled Flash Player from the Adobe website. Wapt is no longer showing the error.
