I've noticed on several computers that updates are stored in the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\wapt\private\cache", often older updates that were taking up a lot of space.
The updates now seem to be located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\wapt\private\cache\wua".

I wanted to report this...

"Dell Command Update" has been updated to v5.7.2 and the tis-dell-command-update package is at 5.7.0-20.
I tried an update-package, but Dell must have changed its naming convention a bit and the operation failed.

Thank you for this information, indeed this alternative is easier than installing via the .exe files.

Just in case, I proceeded...

As agreed, I performed tests

on PC1. I downloaded MicrosoftEdgeEnterpriseX64.msi to the desktop, verified the SHA, disabled all "withsecure" security features, and restarted the PC. I then performed another SHA calculation, with the same result. The installation fails silently in the same way...

Indeed, it looks more like an installer corruption.
I have this issue on two machines with Edge and one with Chrome.

WithSecure has a built-in software updater; Edge and Chrome updates are disabled there, but perhaps it has taken the initiative...

I tested it on 6 machines; some responded very quickly, others took longer. So overall it works.

However, on two machines, I encountered errors when installing Edge with our "WAPT" solution. I therefore tried to uninstall it manually...

In this case, the cause has been identified at WithSecure.
You can try the "early access" deployed this morning (the process is just above) or wait for the patch which will be available on the 21st if the tests are successful.
