I used self-service to install packages on a client PC.

However, in self-service, I can see all the packages from my private repository except for uspn-windows11-requirements.

In my private repository, I have all the packages for Dell COMMAND UPDATE and dotnetfx.

The error message is: waptpackage.EWaptUnavailablePackage: Missing dependencies: uspn-dotnetfx4.8.

Problem solved.

The VLAN on which the WAPT server was installed did not have access to the Microsoft website for downloading CAB files.

Access is now restored and everything is working normally.
